• Do you have cakes for wedding?

    Yes, we have 2 options for wedding cakes.

    Please refer to our section on Wedding Packages for more information.

  • Do you provide cards with the wedding boxes?

    We do not print or provide cards.

    However, if you have your own wedding cards, you may drop them off at our Kandahar Street outlet for us to attach to the boxes.

  • Will you provide carriers for each box of cakes?

    Yes, we will provide plastic bags for each box of wedding cakes ordered.

  • How do I place an order for wedding packages?

    Single Wedding Rolls are available for purchase on our website.

    Maximum 20 boxes for self check-out. Order slots open 1 week in advance.

    Please call our hotline during office hours to enquire or email orders@richngood.com to place orders for all other wedding packages, or quantities larger than 20 boxes.

  • What is the lead time for ordering wedding packages?

    Online order slots open 1 week in advance.

    Cut off for self check-out is 10am one day in advance. For large orders or orders with special requests, please place orders at least 3 working days in advance.

  • How do I make payment?

    Payment can be made using PAYNOW.

  • Can I collect my wedding package orders at your shop?

    Wedding Packages are only available for delivery.

    Delivery charges and terms & conditions apply.

  • Do you have free delivery if I order above a certain amount?

    We do not provide free delivery.

    We outsource our delivery services to third-party logistics companies who charge by distance and weight. Therefore, we are unable to waive the delivery charges.

  • Do you provide delivery to multiple locations?

    Yes, we do have Multiple Location Delivery services for 30 locations and above. All deliveries need to be on the same day, within the same time slot, with the same cake flavours. Other T&Cs apply, please email orders@richngood.com for more information and prices.

  • Can I order the cakes one day in advance and distribute them the next day?

    We strongly encourage you to distribute the cakes on the same day.

    However, if you would like to keep the cakes overnight for next day distribution, please ensure you have sufficient fridge space as our cakes need to be refrigerated.

  • I need the wedding cakes to be delivered at a certain time for prayers / party / etc. What can I do?

    Our delivery timeslots are fixed at 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm.

    If you require delivery at a specific timing, we have the option for express delivery with an additional $15 surcharge, on top of the usual charges by distance and weight.

  • I counted the number of cakes I needed wrongly, can I make changes to my order?

    Once payment has been made, NO CHANGES ALLOWED. 

    This includes adding or reducing quantity, changing flavours, changing delivery date and time, changing delivery address.

    If changes are absolutely necessary, admin charges will be incurred.
