• Do you have delivery?

    Yes, we provide island-wide doorstep delivery daily except on Sun and public holiday, and to postal codes starting with 62-63 and 69-72.

    If you need to make a special request to delivery to postal codes starting 62-63 and 69-72 or on Sun, do kindly call our sales hotline 69084089 or email us at orders@richngood.com for further assistance.

  • How do I place an order for delivery?

    You can place your order for delivery online via our website, call our sales hotline at 69084089 or email us at orders@richngood.com.

  • What are the charges?

    We charge a standard rate delivery fee of $12-$17 (Based on postal code, before GST) per delivery.

    Do note that for bulk order of more than 30 rolls a delivery surcharge may be imposed.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum amount?

    For online order delivery of regular swiss roll, minimum order is 1 roll, and maximum is 30 rolls.

  • What is the lead time for delivery?

    Delivery slots open 1 week in advance and close 1 working day before. Orders placed by 10am will be delivered within 1 working day, subject to availability of delivery slots. Lead time and slot availability may vary during festive peak periods.

  • What are the delivery time slots available?

    We offer 2 deliver time slots:

    • 10am to 2pm
    • 2pm and 6pm

    Request for specific delivery timeslot will be subjected to driver availability and may incur a delivery surcharge of $15.

  • What can I do if the slot I want is not available?

    Please kindly choose the next available time slot. If you need more assistance, you can call our sales hotline 69084089 during office hour or email to orders@richngood.com.

  • How do I make payment for my order?

    Payment can be made using PAYNOW.

  • How do I know my order is confirmed?

    Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Will I get a call or text about my order?

    Once payment is made, an order email will be sent to you to serve as a confirmation. Please kindly wait for your delivery on the date and time chosen.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    We seek your understanding that orders placed are final and cannot be changed.

    In case it is absolutely necessary, any changes, including cancellations will incur a $15 administrative charge.
