Products

Are you halal certified?

We are not halal certified, but we do not use any pork, lard, alcohol or gelatine in our products.

Do your cakes need to be refrigerated?

All our Swiss Rolls need to be refrigerated and should be consumed within 2 days.

Chiffon cakes and Walnut cakes can be kept at room temperature for 2 days, and need to be refrigerated after.

Cream Cheese Carrot Cakes need to be refrigerated.

Do you provide cake cutting service?

We do not provide cake cutting service.

Are all flavours of Swiss Rolls available daily?

Cakes with seasonal fruits are subject to availability of fresh fruits.

What is the best time to go to your outlets to get the flavour I want?

All our cakes are handmade fresh daily in small batches. We cannot guarantee the availability of each flavour daily as it depends on demand and the crowd on that day.

We invite you to give other flavours a try as all our products are handmade with love and will definitely satisfy.

Do you have cakes for wedding?

Yes, we have 2 options for wedding cakes.

Yes, we have 4 options for Baby’s 1st Month cakes.

How do I place an order for special occasion cakes?

Wedding Assortment Boxes are available for purchase on our website.

Please call our hotline during office hours or email orders@richngood.com to enquire and place orders for all other Cakes for Special Occasions.

What is the lead time for special occasion cakes?

Please place your order 1 week in advance.

How do I make payment for special occasion cakes?

Payment is by Visa or Mastercard on our website payment gateway or by bank transfer for items not available on our website.

 

Delivery

Do you have delivery?

Yes, we have island-wide doorstep delivery.

What are the charges?

There will be a $10-$16 delivery charge per transaction, depending on postal code location.

How do I place an order for delivery?

Order for delivery can only be placed online via our website.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount?

Minimum order for delivery is 2 rolls, maximum 18 rolls.

For orders larger than 18 rolls, please refer to Bulk Orders.

What is the lead time for delivery?

Delivery slots open 1 week in advance and close 1 working day before. Orders placed by 12pm will be delivered within 1 working day, subject to availability of delivery slots.

How do I make payment for my order?

Payment by Visa or Mastercard via our website payment gateway only. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your junk mail folder.

Will I get a call or text about my order?

No, the email serves as your confirmation. Please wait for your delivery on the date and time chosen.

Can I make changes to my order?

Orders placed are final and cannot be changed. 

In case it is absolutely necessary, any changes, including cancellations will incur a $15 administrative charge.

What can I do if the slot I want is not available?

Please choose the next available time slot.

 

Self-Collection

Can I place an order for self-collection?

Orders for self-collection can only be placed by phone.

How do I place an order for self-collection?

Please call our hotline during office hours to place your order.

Where can I collect my order?

Self-collection is only available at our Kandahar outlet.

Is there a minimum amount?

Minimum order for self-collection is 1 item.

What is the lead time for self-collection?

Pre-order slots open 1 week in advance and close at 2pm two days in advance.

How do I make payment for my order?

Payment is by cash on collection at our Kandahar outlet only.

Do I still need to queue up to collect my order?

Yes. Due to space constraints, we can only have 1 cashier counter at Kandahar. In line with safe distancing measures, you are required to queue to avoid crowding at the door and cashier counter.

Customers will be served on a first come first served basis, so please queue within your time slot and we will serve you as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my order?

Orders placed are final and cannot be changed.

 

Bulk Orders

Can I make a bulk order?

Please email us at orders@richngood.com for more information on bulk orders.

Do you provide delivery for bulk orders?

Yes, we provide delivery for bulk orders up to 54 Swiss Rolls. Additional delivery charges apply for bulk orders. Please email us to find out more.

Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

No, we are currently selling to everyone at wholesale prices.
