Delivery Information

Delivery Charges

We charge a delivery fee of $10-$16 (Based on postal code) per invoice.

 

Delivery Service

We offer island-wide door step delivery service Monday to Saturday.

No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays, unless otherwise stated.

We offer 2 time slots daily (except Sundays and Public Holidays):

  • 10am to 1pm
  • 2pm to 5pm

Delivery slots are first come, first served, subject to availability.

Delivery slots open 1 week in advance.

Orders received before 2pm on Mondays to Fridays will be processed within 2 working days, subject to delivery slot availability.

Minimum order for delivery is 2 rolls, maximum 18 rolls.

For orders larger than 18 rolls, please refer to Bulk Orders.

We will only deliver to 1 address per order.

 

Delivery Modifications

Once orders have been placed, we are unable to make any changes.

If absolutely necessary, any changes, including cancellations will incur a $15 administrative charge.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery during your chosen time slot.

Should any issues arise during delivery, our driver will attempt to call you with the phone number provided.

If you are uncontactable and delivery is unsuccessful, a redelivery fee of $15 will be imposed.

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the delivery time slot.

We will not be liable or responsible for any late delivery, incorrect information provided or failure to deliver the products ordered due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
