Do you have delivery?

Yes, we have island-wide doorstep delivery. 

Delivery to postal codes starting with 62-63 and 69-72 is not available.


What are the charges?

There will be a $12-$17 (before GST) delivery charge per transaction, depending on postal code location.


How do I place an order for delivery?

Order for delivery can only be placed online via our website.


Is there a minimum or maximum amount?

Minimum order for delivery is 1 roll, maximum 20 rolls.

For orders larger than 20 rolls, please refer to Bulk Orders.


What is the lead time for delivery?

Delivery slots open 1 week in advance and close 1 working day before. Orders placed by 10am will be delivered within 1 working day, subject to availability of delivery slots. Lead time and slot availability may vary during festive peak periods.


How do I make payment for my order?

Payment by Visa or Mastercard via our website payment gateway only. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.


How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation.


Will I get a call or text about my order?

No, the email serves as your confirmation. Please wait for your delivery on the date and time chosen.


Can I make changes to my order?

Orders placed are final and cannot be changed. 

In case it is absolutely necessary, any changes, including cancellations will incur a $15 administrative charge.


What can I do if the slot I want is not available?

Please choose the next available time slot.
